The easy clean up of the synthetic fibers keeps it looking good and ready for the next job. If you have to apply wax, this is a good choice because it releases the wax instead of absorbing it. It has a built in scrubber head for those stubborn cleaning jobs that require a little more effort, but it is not hard on your floors.
